An Alabama funeral director experienced a "level of shock" that he has never felt before on Saturday — allegedly finding a dead baby girl inside of a hearse that was sneakily placed there by a 29-year-old woman, who is accused of murdering the child, cops say.

Terica Pearl, of Gadsden, is accused of discarding the child at the West Gadsden Funeral Home sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning, according to local reports.

Police were first called on Saturday morning after a groundskeeper went to move a hearse and located the child's body in the back, NBC affiliate WVTM reported .
