NEWMAN LAKE, Wash. – A grass fire broke out near a Newman Lake garage today.

Firefighters with Spokane Fire District 13 responded to fire in the 8-thousand block of N Ormond Ct. at around noon.

No injuries were reported and damages were minimal. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
