Circleville is gearing up for a day of hard-hitting music and holiday spirit as Rock 4 Tots returns Saturday, August 16, at Tootles Pumpkin Inn, 117 E Main Street. The charity event will feature national, regional, and local acts performing across two stages — one outdoor and one indoor — with admission being just one unopened toy to benefit children in need. Headlining this year’s lineup is Josey Scott , the original voice of Saliva.
