THE Ultimate Fighting Championship has officially landed a new broadcast partner.

Mixed martial arts ' premier promotion's American broadcasting rights had previously been held by ESPN, which first acquired them back in 2018.

But the UFC have opted NOT to renew its deal with the broadcaster, which is set to expire at the end of the year.

All UFC fights will now be aired on Paramount + after the two entities reached a seven-year deal worth a whopping $7.7BILLION .

That's FIVE TIMES the amount ESPN paid to initially acquire the UFC's broadcasting rights.

And in a stunning change of business model, the promotion has ABANDONED its pay-per-view model for the first time in its 32-year history .
