Weapons, the latest horror movie from Barbarian writer-director Zach Cregger, received both rave reviews from critics and a huge vote of approval from audiences. According to Box Office Mojo, the film about the mysterious disappearance of a group of third-graders earned $42.5 million in its opening weekend, beating out Disney’s body swap comedy Freakier Friday, which earned $29 million.
