Dozens of fake Labubus were seized

Nottingham City Council' s trading standards officers seized 66 fake Labubu dolls and keychains in a raid on a Bulwell shop after it was found that the dolls were unsafe.

The furry dolls popularised this year were originally made by a Chinese producer called Pop Mart. Over the past year, they have been endorsed by dozens of A-list celebrities, such as Rihanna, Dua Lipa, and Kim Kardashian.

Because of the rise in popularity, demand has never been higher.
