The messages sent by a convicted Black Country gang who made £700k by smashing into cashpoints around the country have been revealed.

Daniel Hickenbottom, Noel Reilly, Craig Howell, Simon Pagett and Oliver Matthews boasted they were one step ahead of pursuing police during their one year crime spree.

One of cocksure crooks even wished they all had fake passports so they expand their criminal enterprise on the continent.

Last week, the men who hailed from the Black Country and Bromsgrove were hauled before Wolverhampton Crown Court, where they admitted an array of charges ranging from conspiracy to burgle, handle stolen goods and possess criminal property.
