A man in his 80s has suffered life-threatening injures after he was hit by a car while walking in Wilsden, Bradford.
The collision happened around 12 noon on Saturday, 9 August, on Shay Lane close to the junction with Crack Lane.
West Yorkshire police have said that a Peugeot 208 was turning onto Shay Lane from Crack Lane when it collided with the pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 80s, was taken to hospital where he remains with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Peugeot remained at the scene and was spoken to by officers.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Road Policing unit are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has video footage to come forward.
