The second longest running Broadway musical of all time, Chicago is coming to Kirkland Lake’s LaSalle Theatre.
“This is one of my all-time favourite musicals,” says LaSalle Managing Artistic Director Michael Rawley. “The story, the music, the dancing. This show has it all, and we have reached a point in the development of Kirkland Lake actors that we can accomplish this difficult show. You will not see dancing like you will see in Chicago anywhere else.”
“It was the easiest choice in the world when company member Amélie Fournier decided to study dance instead of acting in university. I knew we had to find her an amazing dance role for her resumé to send her off to her university studies and this was it,” adds Rawley.
