North Bay suspect accused of damaging vehicles and brandishing weapon

A local man is facing multiple charges in connection with property damage, assaults, and threats involving a weapon.

The accused reportedly attended a Fisher Street residence Saturday around 12:35 p.m., where two victims, unknown to the accused, were present, according to police.

Victims observed the accused pick-up a rock, scrape it along two vehicles, and throw it at the vehicles, causing damage.

While officers were enroute, the victims were continuing to monitor the accused, when the accused brandished a weapon aggressively and uttered threats toward the two victims.

North Bay Police Service arrived while the incident was ongoing and arrested the accused without further incident. A subsequent search resulted in the seizure of the weapon.
