The new owners of the former IAC plant in Strasburg have formally launched marketing for the property, now branded as Strasburg Industrial, L.C., with space available immediately for manufacturing or warehouse use.
The campus, totaling more than 430,000 square feet across four buildings on East Queen Street, is being marketed as move-in ready, with suites starting at 40,000 square feet and the flexibility to accommodate immediate operational needs as well as long-term tenants.
The property is available to either a single user or multiple tenants, though John Good, treasurer for Shockey Management Company, said a full-campus lease is unlikely.
“We can do either,” he said. “If the right person walked in and wanted the whole thing, we’d be thrilled, but more likely, it will lease in parts.
