Roads washed away after Wisconsin hit with intense rain and flash flooding

Parts of Wisconsin experienced flash flooding after heavy rain hit the state. According to the National Weather Service, over a foot of rain fell on southeastern Wisconsin overnight into Sunday, resulting in widespread flash flooding in the Milwaukee area. Footage shows roads washed away by the waters, and the Fox River rising substantially over hours of rainfall.
