From cell phones to jewelry, it's easy for things to fly off boats and sink to the bottom of the lake, especially during the summer months. When things get lost, their owners may think that they're gone forever — until they call scuba diver PJ Harrington.
Harrington, a New Milford resident and owner of Harrington Diving and Marine Services, has done work with container shipping companies and hydroelectric facilities. But some of the smaller dives he does involve searching for people's lost items at the bottom of Candlewood.
