Lakers could acquire 27-year-old NBA champion Celtics forward via trade, writer thinks

The Los Angeles Lakers bolstered their perimeter shooting by adding Jake LaRavia to the fold in July.

Still, considering the Lakers haven’t executed a trade, there’s a possibility the organization could take their long-range production to the next level by acquiring another trustworthy sharpshooter.

ESPN’s Zach Kram believes the Lakers could land an NBA champion Boston Celtics forward this summer.

“It likely will be easier for the Lakers to find shooters than quality two-way big men in the years to come,” Kram wrote last Wednesday. “The current supply of shooting in the NBA is so great that the skill set is generally available for cheap.”
