COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department shared video of an officer-involved shooting that occurred on July 23.

Around 10:35 that night, Colorado Springs police reported responding to a domestic disturbance at the 3800 block of Radiant Drive. Police stated that they then obtained a description of the suspect and developed probable cause for domestic violence related charges.

According to officers, the suspect was no longer at the original location, but around 45 minutes later, detectives with the Real-Time Crime Center found the suspect’s vehicle near North Carefree Circle and Academy Boulevard.

Police say the suspect then ran from the scene, and officers lost contact with him.
