OMAHA, Neb. —
The city of Omaha opened a second tree debris drop-off site after people voiced frustrations about long lines at Ta-Ha-Zouka Park in Elkhorn.
Some residents said they waited in line for two to three hours to drop off tree debris in Elkhorn.
Multiple people told KETV that they are glad a second site is open, but they feel it should have been open earlier.
In an update Monday, city officials said they are working on a comprehensive storm response plan "given the increased tempo and nature of damaging storms."
