BANDON, Ore. - Two suspects were arrested Thursday following a reported criminal trespass in Bandon, according to the Bandon Police Department.
BPD officials said the incident occurred on August 6 in the 1100 block of 1st Street NE. Responding officers arrived to find a suspect fleeing the scene. Despite efforts from the Coos County Sheriff's Office K9 unit, the suspect initially evaded capture.
After continued patrols, Nickolas Mikes, 36, and Alora Lattimer, 33, both of Bandon, were arrested at the original location. They face charges including Burglary I and II, possession of heroin, and criminal mischief.
Both were taken into custody without further incident. The Coos County Sheriff's Office assisted BPD with their investigation, police said.
