COOS BAY, Ore. - Bay Area Hospital has announced that Quorum Health has terminated their nonbinding Letter of Intent, ending the due diligence process between the two organizations.
This decision leaves Bay Area Hospital's Board of Directors evaluating next steps to support continued hospital operations. According to Simon Alonzo, board chair of the Bay Area Hospital District Board of Directors, the board remains committed to preserving high-quality health care on the South Coast.
