Man died in single vehicle crash Aug. 4

Friends, family, and members of Gravity Architecture are mourning the loss of one of their owners and directors, Trent Letwiniuk, who tragically passed in motorcycle accident on Heritage Day.

On Aug. 4, Calgary police responded to a single-vehicle motor collision on the southbound lanes of Stoney Trail N.W., underneath the Crowchild Trail N.W. overpass.

A man in his 40’s was operating a 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle, when he lost control while changing lanes.

He was declared deceased at the scene after succumbing to fatal injuries. Speed, alcohol, nor drugs are believed to be factors in the collision.

In an update by Calgary police on Monday, no criminal charges have been laid and the accident has been deemed not criminal in natur
