A Wilcox County man is behind bars tonight — on charges that include capital murder.

Capt. Rick Jones says 46 year old Samuel Earl Agee is also facing charges of attempted murder — and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle.

The shooting happened in the Lower Peachtree community.

Jones says Agee drove up and shot 33 year old Dominique Kimbrough two times Saturday night. And a juvenile was shot in the arm.

Jones says Kimbrough was taken to the hospital — where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

“We looked for the subject all night that night,” said Capt. Rick Jones.

“The subject decided to turn himself in the next day. He turned himself in to the Clarke County Jail. And we went and picked him up and brought him back.”
