MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) — An organization conducting out-of-the-ordinary church services is growing in North Dakota.

Saved Savage Ministries is an organization bringing church into bars and other unique places.

Founder Randal Reeder said he got the idea in 2020.

He said the organization started in Texas and has now grown to roughly five states.

Reeder said each state has their own “tribe,” with North Dakota’s being the Great Plains Tribe.

He added that it has brought people to church who normally wouldn’t attend.

“A lot of them go to church now, a lot of them are active members and ushers at a church, and most of these people said, ‘I will never set foot in a church, but I’ll come here,’” said Reeder.
