The Texas Department of Transportation will start the first phase of repairs to four Angelina County bridges this week. Signs are already in place for the first part of this project, which will take place on Highway 59, just south of Diboll.
White Oak Creek Bridges
Denton-based Premier Contractors will begin repairing the concrete, joints and erosion zones on the bridges crossing White Oak Creek on the north and southbound lanes of Highway 59. This is located about a mile north of the exit ramp/Highway 59 rejoin on the south side of Diboll .
Maintenance work on these two bridges is expected to be completed by late September 2025.
