NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — One of New Orleans' most famous residents, actor John Goodman and his wife, are selling their Garden District mansion.

There's a pending sale, but before the new owner comes in, WGNO's Kenny Lopez gives you a look inside.

TV and movie star John Goodman and his family have lived in their Garden District mansion on the corner of Second and Coliseum Streets for 20 years, but now it's time for them to move on.

"They loved it and I think they'd love to see it go to somebody that's going to enjoy it as much as they have," said Hyatt Hood, Principal Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Realtors.

Hood said that the 4,950 square foot home was initially listed for sale for $5.5 million, but now there's a pending sale.
