NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Might as well call Tuesday the "daily double" because it'll look pretty identical to Monday especially in the fact that we will have showers and storms coastally early on.

In fact, this area will see the hoovering of rain throughout the morning hours starting as early as 3 a.m. so I wouldn't be surprised if we see spots under a Flood Advisory (like we saw on Monday for Lafourche parish).

While Tuesday's stormy event will be mostly coastally, Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard parishes will get in on the action around lunchtime.

Then the North Shore will have a chance at seeing showers and storms in the afternoon and early evening hours, but it'll be nothing in comparison to what the South Shore saw.

Overall, we'll see mostly clear skies
