In normal times, Marshall Glickman wouldn’t exactly have the time to step away from the demands of his day job.

The one-time Trail Blazers’ president is the CEO of a group launching a new top-tier men’s basketball league in England. Ten teams will start play in 2027. There will be a development academy. Glickman plans to eventually relocate from Portland to London.
