UPDATE: After an initial report that Landon Dickerson would get additional medical opinions about the torn meniscus in his right knee, the Eagles got good news Monday afternoon when they learned that their Pro Bowl left guard will undergo a minor surgery to repair the damage and the goal is to have him available for the season opener Sept. 4 against the Dallas Cowboys. The news was first reported by the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and confirmed by a league source.
