SEATTLE — Two men were killed in a shooting at Virgil Flaim Park in Seattle's Lake City neighborhood on Monday night. A suspect is still on the run.

Seattle police responded to the scene near the 2700 block of Northeast 123rd Street around 6 p.m.

Two men were shot and one of them — a man in his 40s — died at the scene, according to preliminary information from Seattle Police Department public information officer Eric Muñoz.

The second man, who is in his 30s, died at Harborview Medical Center, Muñoz said.

No one has been arrested for the shooting. Seattle police are searching for the suspect.
