LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Four inmates were killed in four separate homicides at High Desert State Prison within the past month, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
While the Nevada Department of Corrections had not yet released information on the latest two killings, sources alerted the 8 News Now Investigators.
Ronnie Owens, 32, died on Friday. His cause and manner of death were pending as of Monday, according to the Clark County coroner's office. However, sources confirmed that another inmate killed him.
Owens was serving time for robbery with the use of a deadly weapon and burglary, according to the department. He was convicted in Clark County.
D'marea Wallace, 18, died from multiple stab wounds on Wednesday, according to the coroner's office. Wallace's information is not availabl
