TOWANDA, PA (WENY) -- A local music festival will return to Towanda early next month.

Towanda Porchfest will feature dozens of local musicians, letting the community enjoy live music while enjoying exploring the town's neighborhoods. In 2024, the event showcased nearly 40 performers.

The idea was hatched by a group of friends in 2023, after an impromptu music performance on the front porch of the Hatch House Bed and Breakfast on York Avenue. Now in its third year, Towanda Porchfest has grown significantly.
