LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man is dead after a stabbing in the Clifton Heights neighborhood on Monday, Aug. 11.

Louisville police said the stabbing happened around 7:50 p.m. in the 800 block of River Crest Court. Once on scene, officers found the man who had been stabbed inside a residence. He died before he could be taken to the hospital.

LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating. Police said all parties are accounted for.
