Was a 17-year-old boy committing a preplanned murder or defending himself when he killed a man in a Harrisburg parking lot nearly five years ago?

That’s the question a Dauphin County jury is weighing this week during the trial of Keith Moore, 22, who’s been jailed on murder and robbery charges since soon after the Nov. 15, 2020, fatal shooting of Michael Cox , 57, in the city’s Allison Hill neighborhood.
