LITTLETON, Colo. (KDVR) — Nathan Hoskie's truck was parked across the street last week when the beams were being painted for a massive apartment complex in Littleton.

That's also when he noticed white specs on his truck that were not a part of the original paint job.

“We've been dealing with the dust, we've been dealing with the dirt, we've been putting up with everything that you guys have done here on this side of the thing, but now you've pushed the limits,” Hoskie said.

Hoskie took a video from across the street of someone operating a spray gun with white paint. Hoskie noticed lots of paint was going into the air and not on the beam.

“They were over-spraying, and we were telling them to stop, that they're over-spraying the car, but they continuously did it,” Hoskie said.
