SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WMTV) - At the Sun Prairie Board of Education meeting Monday, the board voted that the 2024-2025 Operational Excellence reports presented by the superintendent as compliant, were in fact, not compliant with district expectations.

The OE reports are used to measure the district’s operations and community engagement. OE 8 refers to board communication, while OE 9 speaks to public and community engagement.

The vote comes as parents and board member express their concerns about the district’s transparency . Tensions on the topic of transparency have been high between parents and the district after a former staff member’s arrest last month.
