SAGINAW TWP, MI — PFLAG Great Lakes Bay Region will host a community discussion exploring the relationship between faith and LGBTQ+ identities at First United Methodist Church in Saginaw Township.

The event, scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 17, at 2 p.m., will feature leaders from inclusive faith communities who will guide conversations aimed at fostering dialogue and understanding.

Thomas Brubaker, president of PFLAG Great Lakes Bay Region, said the meeting will include support sessions and provide access to the organization’s resource lending library.

Light refreshments will be served.

The discussion will take place at First United Methodist Church, 4790 Gratiot in Saginaw Township.
