Fieldsheer Apparel Technologies is voluntarily recalling several models of its heated socks due to a possible burn risk, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Tech Gear 5.7 Inc. issued the recall for its Fieldsheer Apparel Technologies heated socks sold between August 2021 and June 2025, according to the notice.
The company initiated the recall after receiving reports that the socks can cause pain and discomfort resulting in burns and blisters when worn during high-intensity activities that generate heat, friction, moisture and pressure, the CPSC said.
The socks came with lithium-ion battery packs and a charging cable. The model numbers can be found printed on the top left corner of the label on the back of the battery pack. The Fieldsheer logo appears in orange on
