Puerto Rican rapper, singer and producer Jhayco was arrested early Tuesday morning on drug charges in Miami-Dade County.

Online jail records show Jhayco, whose real name is Jesus Manuel Nieves Cortes, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center at 4:24 a.m.

The 32-year-old rapper faces charges of possession of cocaine and possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis.

As of Tuesday morning, he was being held on a $3,000 bond.

Jhayco released his debut studio album, “Famouz,” in 2019 after releasing multiple EPs.

Further details about his arrest were not immediately released.
