PITTSBURGH, Pa. (Gray News) - One of the two people who died after an explosion at the U.S. Steel Clairton plant has been identified.

Timothy Quinn, 39, died Monday.

Quinn, who was a father of three, worked at the plant for more than 15 years, according to CBS News .

His coworker and friend, David Wheatley, said he was a “good dude.”

“He would give you the shirt off his back. ... He was just one hell of a dude. I can’t really explain it more than that. He’s probably one of the best coworkers I’ve ever had,” Wheatley told CBS News .
