LOGAN — A 21-year-old Preston, Idaho man is facing charges of manslaughter and other crimes after a crash that killed another driver and an infant north of Cove last December.

According to court records, Cache County prosecutors filed a criminal case against Nathaniel Stan Haudley-Resendiz, Monday in Logan’s 1 st District Court. They charged him with two counts of manslaughter and knowingly produce a controlled, both second-degree felonies; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor; and infractions for crossing a highway divider, failing to wear a seat belt, operating unsafe on a public highway, and failing to provide a child restraint device for child.
