It's time to "Celebrate!"

The Jonas Brothers threw their parents, Kevin Jonas Sr. and Denise Jonas , a surprise party for their 40th wedding anniversary, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.

The black-tie bash was held on Monday, August 11, in the New York metropolitan area, a source tells Us . It included "all their loved ones from near and far," another source adds.

Kevin Sr., 60, and Denise, 59, married on August 15, 1985, and share four sons: Kevin Jonas , Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas , who make up the boy band, as well as Frankie Jonas .

Us Weekly has reached out to the Jonas Brothers' rep for comment.
