The Knoxville Police Department has arrested Timothy Adam Lee, 46, and charged him with first-degree murder, aggravated domestic assault and interference with emergency calls after investigating a shooting that killed a man at Copper Point Apartment Complex on Tuesday morning.

Officers arrived on the scene at approximately 9:33 a.m. to find 65-year-old Alfred Wanderlingh shot inside an apartment, and Lee's wife outside the apartment with bruises and abrasions on her shoulders and arms.
