A Kalispell man who fled authorities in 2023 after allegedly threatening to kill his family and any law enforcement personnel who got in his way received a suspended sentence earlier this year.
Micah M. Winslow, 40, initially pleaded not guilty to one felony count of criminal endangerment in Flathead County District Court following his Nov. 12, 2023 arrest. But he pleaded out in late 2024 after taking a deal from prosecutors.
In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors agreed to recommend Winslow serve a suspended five-year sentence with the state Department of Corrections. Winslow's attorney was free to argue for a three-year deferred sentence.
