Plans to convert part of a former pub in Linwood into a retail or professional services unit have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council. ‌

Planning Services UK has lodged a bid for planning permission, on behalf of an applicant, for a section of the Napier Street building which was once home to The Tavern. ‌

If given the green light by the local authority, the property would be subdivided to form a self-contained commercial unit at the front that would operate between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday. ‌
