Renowned racing trainer Bill Turner is in a critical condition in hospital after being struck by a horse at his Dorset stable. The incident, which occurred on Sunday - Turner's 78th birthday - resulted in a severe head injury for the veteran horseman, who was immediately rushed to hospital with a fractured skull. ‌
