Seventeen plaintiffs who were sexually assaulted by former doctor Barry Walker between 1999 and 2022 have filed an amended complaint in their lawsuit against Walker, his businesses and his relatives.

Among the 15 claims in the amended complaint filed on Aug. 1 are nine against Walker’s niece, Ninth West Judicial District Prosecutor Jana Bradford , who is named as a defendant in her individual capacity as well as in her roles as attorney for Walker and as an executive, officer or agent of two of Walker’s businesses. (Prosecutors have immunity for official acts, so Bradford is not being sued in that capacity.)

Walker raped and sexually assaulted more than 30 girls in Pike and Clark counties over nearly 25 years. The victims ranged in age from 2 to 14. Walker pleaded guilty in Octobe
