KINGSTON, N.Y. — Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. executives stand to collect $2,807,000 in incentive bonuses if a joint proposal, agreed to by the company and regulators, is approved by the Public Service Commission.
The tentative joint proposal, favored by Central Hudson and staff at the Public Service Department, includes the bonuses for two years of the three-year rate plan that raises electric and gas delivery rates for customers each year.
It also includes 4% pay raises each year for management, totaling nearly $27 million in pay during the three-year span.
According to the proposal, there are no bonuses for the first year in the three-year deal.
For electricity executives, the bonuses total $1.1 million for the second year, and $1.145 million for the third.
