LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Two people were arrested Sunday for the deadly shooting of a man west of the Las Vegas Strip, according to police records.

Booking logs show two people, identified as Vivian Jimenez and Joseph Skeirik, facing open murder charges for the incident in the 2800 block of Sahara Avenue on Aug. 6, when Las Vegas Metropolitan police said officers found a man bleeding from the head.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died two days later.

Police accused Jimenez of open murder, conspiracy to commit murder and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. Skeirik faces open murder, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, destroying or concealing evidence, conspiracy to commit murder and possessing a gun by a prohibited person.
