Two motorcyclists involved in separate crashes July 29 that turned fatal have been identified by the El Paso County Coroner's Office.

Christopher Easton, 28, died July 31, according to a news release by Colorado Springs police.

The motorcycle driven by Easton hit the left side of the SUV after veering to avoid a vehicle turning left near the intersection of Constitution Avenue and Sierra Drive on the city's east side.

A passenger on the motorcycle was also hospitalized, according to the release.

Also on July 29, Matthew Campbell, 26, died after a vehicle turned in front of Campbell near the intersection of Academy Boulevard and Pace Drive, police said in the release.
