When he was first traded from the Los Angeles Rams to the Detroit Lions in 2021, not many thought quarterback Jared Goff would reach the heights he saw in the early stages of his young career. There were some that still believed in the former number one overall pick in 2016, but there were certainly more that thought Goff was going to Detroit to fade into obscurity. However, Goff, alongside Lions coach Dan Campbell, had other plans.

Now in his fifth year in Detroit, Goff is responsible for quarterbacking a legitimate championship contender, and those around the league are giving him his flowers.
