CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The FOX 8 I-Team has found members of the Cleveland Community Police Commission traveling to conference after conference on your dime. So, we investigated.

The City of Cleveland formed the group nearly three years ago, but there's been little to show for it.

The Community Police Commission just sent eight people to a conference in Florida. Last October, the group registered 12 people for a conference in Arizona. Next, the group plans to send people to another conference this fall.

In 2022, the Mayor introduced the Cleveland Community Police Commission, a group set up to help develop policies and oversee police discipline. Yet, the group still has never heard a case involving an officer.
