National Guard arrives in Washington, D.C., as part of Trump's crime crackdown

Members of the D.C. National Guard have begun appearing on the streets of Washington after President Trump deployed approximately 800 guardsmen and assumed control of the District's police department for 30 days. CBS News Department of Justice correspondent Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
